At Ellume, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags are still attached
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Item shows no signs of damage, stains, or odors

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@ellume.shop with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return or exchange

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with detailed instructions.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us at contact@ellume.shop. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual cost of outbound shipping may be deducted from your refund.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at contact@ellume.shop with photos showing the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
