Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are 7–21 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ellume is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order by your country's customs authorities. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@ellume.shop and we will investigate.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Ellume is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@ellume.shop and we will do our best to assist you.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Ellume is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@ellume.shop.
